Dance Central will burn calories and the movements are good for your aging bones and muscles – get off the couch and dance! When selecting a song, you enter your weight, and it helps burn calories and track of those calories. The majority of the songs on the game are girly which is ok for me since most of the people who come to visit my house are women.
I found this Kinect video really easy to follow, with good step-by-step instructions. Anyone can play.Just stick your right arm out, raise to go up and lower to go down, and swipe to choose. The game teaches you the dance moves. There are lot’s of great songs to listen and choose from you can also down load new songs. The sound is fantastic coming through 5.1 with the subwoofer cranked up, and the track listings should please just about everybody with songs and rountines covering hip hop to disco.
Other than the game containing a few recycled moves and being mostly for women, I would recommend this game to anyone. If you have a Kinect, you must buy this game. Invite your friends over and have a dance party!
